Methods of Payment

LoudEgg accepts the following payment methods:

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, and PayPal.

Checks or money orders must be made payable to LoudEgg Multimedia, Inc. and forwarded to the following address:

Please be sure to include your order number on the check or money order to ensure proper processing.

Mandatory Policy Regarding Sales Tax

If your Customer Account is Tax Exempt, you must provide your ID number before we can process your order.

Discounts & Promotions

To qualify for a promotion you must place your order during the promotional period. The discount offer cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts.

Return / Refund Policy

All sales are final. Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us within 10 business days after your package arrives. All claims MUST be made within 10 days of receiving your order. Returned products must be in absolutely new and unused condition for refund. Should your print job contain manufacturing errors and/or defects, we will rerun and ship the job at no charge. LoudEgg reserves the exclusive right to judge what a manufacturing error and defect is.

Delivery/Pickup

UPS Ground Delivery to the NYC, Tri-State area is Next Day.

We also personally deliver to NYC, Nassau, and Queens County.

For deliveries within the United States, we generally deliver via the US Postal Service. For orders that exceed a weight of two pounds, we generally deliver via UPS or FedEx.

LoudEgg Multimedia is not responsible for UPS and FedEx shipping loss or damage.  Shipping claims will be filed to UPS and FedEx if there is a problem.
